Alright so day 11... the first day that I felt that I could be happy here. The day started off like most of my days lately. I woke up at 6:00 am to call Toddar. Today was actually the first day that he wholeheartedly asked me to come home. I wanted to so bad!
I actually had a dream last night that I went home. I cuddled up behind him while he was lying on the floor in the living room of my moms house. He asked me if I wanted to go one to the couch, but I told him that I was happy right were I was. Then he asked if I wanted to go up to bed, and I told him that I was happy right where I was! I know I know... sappy but I was happy alright, get off my case lol :) But then the dream made me have to leave to catch another plain away and I was late and I didn't get to see anyone else. I woke up depressed to say the least and laid in bed for a half an hour. But I got up and trudged my way to go make my call and after a great conversation I headed home to hang out before we went to the Guinness factory.
On our way there we saw allot of the city including Christ Church and the government building.But when we got to the Guinness factory line up it spanned across 3 walls! There was no way that we were getting in today so I'll have to go another day.
We headed home and on our way we stopped at Penny's, I got a flees blanket, a purse and wallet as well as a new battery charger thats good here and in the rest of Europe as well as back home! After I dropped all that off at the house I got ready to go out for the night...I got dressed and did my make up, I don't think I've ever done my makeup this much in my whole life then again I don't think that I've ever gone to this many job opportunities or bars.
After hanging out at Brianne's we got heading out at around 11:30... thats normal around here. The people here sleep twice a day for the most part lol... They sleep at around 5 or 6 after work and when everything closes down before dinner and drinking. Then they sleep after drinking and passing out before going to work later on that day! lmao!!
Any way so we first stopped off to see Whitney at work, that was good and then we hit different bars around Temple Bar.
At one of the bars that we went in to I got stopped at the door and asked how old I was. Before I think I had even registered that I had heard the question the answer 23 came out of my mouth. I couldn't believe myself lieing about my age (I mean its not like I would get in trubble... I'm old enough to drink here. Plus I was the only one out of 4 2o yeas olds that got asked!) I didn't think I looked that young. Any way he must have believed me beacuse he didn't ask to see any ID and I was in. Turned out this bar is attached to the same bar that I was denied access to that very first night of drinking. Ha ha ha I showed them!
Then after the guys couldn't be let in to a bar because they had the wrong type of shoes and a quick stop at Burger King, we decided to call it a morning and head back home. It was a blast.
I can't wait until I get a job!I payed my credit card today and lets just say that I'm very glad I saved the amount of money that I did for this!!
